Sizing Form

After receiving your sizing kit please type in the press-on numbers that fit you below, in the order they appear on your sizing kit (Thumb:___ Pointer:___ etc). As soon as Nail Therapy 2.0 receives your measurements we will begin creating your custom set. Don't forget to include your name and email that was used during your ordering process.
